"My leak in the bathroom became severe and my husband connected with Jeff the owner of JTC and he arrived promptly and went straight to the problem! This home built in 1904 is intricate, solid and huge. Jeff was able to assess the problem, present the solution and execute, solving the leak and going the extra mile with beautiful shower handles! "I sent a message to the company in the late evening regarding my broken central AC and Jason was here Tuesday morning to look at it. He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning.
