He came outside, it was many hours, many days off of work, many dollars, he got my new wall furnace that, like it is like really ugly, not at all what I expected. And his guy like charged me like $400.00 for trying to fix the gas problem existing. And it didn't happen, so I still don't have a working wall furnace down stairs. So I said ok, I want to buy a new one then. Help me pick out like what would fit and what is appropriate and all that,with your expertise. He was like ok, I'm contacting the company that sells the heaters and find out. Months go by, you know it's hot outside, I am not worried about my heater. So a couple of weeks ago I contacted him and said so how is this coming, and he was like ya know we really just don't do wall heaters. He was like your's is the only one we have installed in like 20 years. We really just don't want to deal with it. I was like well how sad, but ok. I asked him if he knew anyone around here that would do that, and he wrote back and said I'm sorry I don't know anyone. After all that, months and months."
