Ray did the inspection and cleaning, found some significant cracks and crumbling and missing mortar in both the smoke chamber and the flue. Ray spent a lot of time with us, showing us not just the pictures that he took, but having us watch the screen as he maneuvered his 360 degree camera inside the chimney. He explained the repair options, without any pressure to do repairs at all, left us with information about the repairs and gave us a detailed estimate. We decided to go with the PCR, HeatShield joint repair and Parge smoke chamber repair options. Ryan and Johnny came to do the PCR– they were professional, personable, very efficient and careful to clean up. Ryan returned a couple of days later with Jeremy and spent most of a day doing the smoke chamber and flue repairs. We could not have been more pleased than we were with both of them. They were a pleasure to work with, clearly knew what they were doing and patiently answered all of our questions. Again, we were struck by their professionalism and efficiency and the way they took care to protect our floors and furniture as they did their work. A carbon monoxide alarm had sounded the previous evening and after responding to that, we wanted to get an immediate inspection of our 24 year old furnace. After the inspection, we decided to replace the entire Furnace, A/C and thermostat system. The work was done the next day, completed by 3 p.m. The workmanship quality was very good, precautions taken to avoid any disruption to the household and everything was thoroughly explained. "WOW! 24 hours from dumpster and shingle arrival to dumpster pick up. The roof was DONE in 10 hours - I'm stunned! And I could not be more impressed with Dialed In Roofing & Exteriors and Caesar Dumpster LLC. From the beginning, they were so down to earth and helpful answering all of my questions. Thanh was amazing - he brought the drone out to take footage of the roof and walked me through what he saw up there. Caesar Dumpster LLC snuck the dumpster into the driveway, right next to the retaining wall, with zero issues! I was so grateful to see them placing 2x4s down for the dumpster to sit on to preserve the driveway! And he came in quick this morning to remove it - nice and simple!
