The office called upon receipt of area in shop and found other items (pet urine) that needed to be treated. Advised me of all costs. I agreed to costs. They cleaned the rugs and within a few weeks (to allow for drying and other spot treatments) the rugs were ready to be delivered. The process was thorough. They did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again in the future as well as recommend them to whomever needed area rug or floor cleaning. <br />"

"Crew arrived on time and worked from level to level. Carpets cleaned using hot water extraction. Small stains were completely removed. Carpets looked fresh and nearly new. Tile floors were washed and indivdual grout lines were sealed with roll on sealer. One stain reimerged in the basement after the crew left. They returned the next day and treated the stain, removing it completely. Heavy furniture that we did not want moved was put on foam blocks. Other items were moved as needed. The crew even moved bookcases and other furniture back into place when they came back to treat the stain in the basement. All in all, this was an exceptional cleaning experience. <br />"
