"Rider Home Improvement did a great job with our cabin portico project. We wanted to cover our front entry steps with a small exterior addition to protect the steps and keep the entry free of snow and rain. The cabin is rustic, so we wanted rough sawn cedar and stone bases to keep the look of our log cabin. Craig Rider was extremely good about being pro-active, following up promptly, and showing up when he said he would. We had a few sub-contractor and weather issues that impacted our schedule, but Craig kept us on his radar and made our small project a priority. We had a few concerns about material quantities, measuring, and overall design aesthetics, but with continuous in-person conversations, we achieved what we set out to achieve. Craig’s pricing was fair and transparent. We enjoyed working with both Craig and his son, David, and are very pleased with the final project."

"Boynton Builders has worked on several projects in our home. The quality of the work is outstanding. Wes's attention to detail, neatness and work ethic are second to none. Their prices are fair and they respect the homeowners financial perspective. They communicated with us often and clearly; no matter what came up along the project. We especially liked how tidy Wes kept our home as the work progressed. This shows how respectful he was of our property."

"Greg was very accommodating with my schedule, which kept changing due to work.  He arrived on time and started working right away.  He ran into some trouble with our 150 year old construction and worked until 7:00 PM that day.  Unfortunately for him, he didn't finish, but he came back right away the next morning.  I wasn't able to be there, but we felt comfortable leaving him a key.  He let himself in, finished the job, and cleaned up.  The room was in almost perfect condition.  Greg was very creative in wiring the lights so that he didn't' have to create holes in the walls or ceiling.  There are a couple of patches that we will have to spackle and repaint, but that's to be expected given the type of work done and that the deal said that it didn't include drywall repair. I was worried that that meant he would haphazardly put holes in the walls and leave them gaping open, but he certainly didn't do that and he repaired what he did do to my expectations.
The lights look absolutely amazing - the room is so much more comfortable with the dimmer option and the recessed lights look so good we are considering them for other rooms in the house.
Another plus - Greg was really good with the dog and friendly to me.  Sometimes it can be uncomfortable to have another person in your home, but Greg was very pleasant.

"NE Renovations is a general contractor whose network of contractors provided services to me as I was getting ready to sell the house.  The electrical service went very well with Mr. Martucci doing great work and advising me about things that did not need to be done.  I feel that he was a great advisor!
The flooring in the basement also went very well with the NE folks advising me about the best way to approach the installation.  Everything was perfect when they left.  I truly appreciated their workmanship.

"I was extremely satisfied and very happy with the finished product and cost. I’m always a little nervous about getting large repairs done, but RES made the entire process easy and did it right. Highly recommend them."

"David was timely and professional. He was able to help me out with some minor home repairs for a reasonable price.. He was friendly and upfront about pricing. I will most definitely be hiring him again. I can't recommend him enough!"

"Overall a quick and straightforward repair. No complaints.

"Overall, very well. Initial response very quick and I received three options for repair (low to higher costs based on permanency of fix around chimney). I chose the higher one where they re-built the flashing components, lots of problems discovered. Only reason I did not rate 5 was some confusion about arrival time and repair person showed up without needed supplies. But they overcame problem and worked hard to finish, pleased with result."

"I have used them for several repair and replace projects. He always answers my emails promptly. He has gone the extra step to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Anna D"
