"Their price was good for what they did. I don't remember the number because they did different time different amount of work. There was nothing to improve. They did a wonderful job all around. They were punctual and professional. They did a very good job. What stood out is not only that they did the job and performed thoroughly. They were very consciousness about instructing me on different aspects of it; such as the furniture up on the foam blocks to keep the wood out of the moist carpet. After they were done, they told me how long it should be up and so forth. They did extra service like, one of the rugs could not be cleaned with the machines they had. So they too it to their office and took care of that. Once that was done, they brought that back to me without charging me anything. I will use them in the future."

"Overall, the process was ok. My upset was with non-response when I let the company know of an omission. We had originally agreed that the chairs would be covered under the cushions with the same fabric as the rest of the chair. That was not done and the under fabric in not the same. <br />"

"One of my cats urinated on the cushions of my new leather sofa. NIGHTMARE!!!!!  This happened at 7 pm so I looked on the Internet for suggestions for cleaning. The next morning I consulted Angies List for a provider. I really couldn't find anyone specifically for leather furniture cleaning but a dry cleaner on the list told me about Schwegmann's Sunshine Cleaners. I called them and spoke to Jeff who is the 3rd generation owner of the company. He told me he'd be happy to look at the cushions. <br /> I drove 40 minutes to the store and explained what happened. Jeff took the cushions out of the leather covers and really examined the material. He told me I had saved the leather by following the instructions I found on the Internet but there was still some residual odor. Jeff really didn't want to wash the entire cover because he was concerned about the color fading and shrinking. Instead, he spent 20 minutes showing me a solution I could make at home and how to use it on the leather to remove the remaining odor. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!  He even gave me a website for leather care products they use in the shop.  I went home and followed his instructions and by the next day all the odor was gone from my cushions. <br /> I cannot say enough about the helpfullness and integrity of this company. I would highly recommend them for any leather cleaning you may need. They also do wedding dress conservation. <br /> <br />"
