"I couldn't be happier with the work done by Richard and crew. I emailed Richard to request a quote and he responded immediately and provided a quote extremely quickly. He was very respectful of our budget and suggested ways we could get the look we were going for without breaking the bank. We needed the roof repair done immediately, and Richard took time in addition to his already scheduled projects to complete the repairs. Richard was very courteous of the fact that we were starting this work in the summer and would need them to be functional on weekends. Once work began, Richard and crew worked quickly to ensure we had a functional spaces at all times. He communicated progress regularly, and was transparent about any issues that came up and what it would cost to address them. He was always cognizant of our budget and did additional work needed in a cost effective way. There were instances where fixtures I picked did not exactly fit the space, and his crew went above and beyond to make them work.
