Deven and his crew opened up the living room and master bedroom onto the back porch(300 square feet total). Though he found multiple structural issues, Deven was able to fix them and make the house more secure and sturdy. I had a budget, but as always, Deven comes under budget. He does incredible craftsmanship, many components of the reno were hand crafted. Deven is patient and takes all ideas thrown at him and comes up with some wonderful ideas as well. It is a collaboration and the final project is a large bright space, light and airy. It does not even look like the same living room and bedroom. There are very few people I would trust, but I count Deven and his people among those that I do. I've never been disappointed in any of the projects he has completed for me. It is precision work at its best. Deven and his people go the extra mile and really do it with a smile. Really. You absolute can trust him to do a fantastic job, do it right and do it at a cost saving price. He works with you to make your ideas come to fruition. He is well worth anything you will pay, because you know it will be done right the first time and he stands by his work. I have a whole list of more projects and King Construction is the only crew I will hire."
