He also showed me his company's credentials and their excellent ratings with various rating agencies. He gave me a quote and I was contacted to confirm the installation date. Greg Wiskirchen responded immediately, and quickly came out to fix the cap so that no rain would get in. He was on time, easy to communicate with, and completed the job with care. I’m a new home owner, and he was able to walk me through what happened and also took care of things so quickly. While he was out I had him look at a few other things, and he provided me honest feedback, followed by a super reasonable quote for some projects I would like done. "I should have used them to the whole job, but thought I would only need the thick moss removed. so I kind of paid for that twice. I don't care. the roof (15+ years old) looks almost new. they had to replace over 100 shakes and ridge caps.
I'm over the moon how good it is.
I will have them do yearly maintenance from now on.
