"Tom built a roughly 500 sqft deck for us using Azek. About half of the deck is rectangle screened porch. The other half is slightly irregular deck. They are pretty high off the ground as shown in the picture and the stairs also curve back to the side of the house to save space. Tom and team did a great job. I get a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors I waited almost two year to write the review to make sure the build quality stands up to time and it did!"

"It went really well. Luis and his team did a thorough job of my pretty large house, he did the deck, patio, walkway and a couple of extra requests (oops, didn’t think I’d need those).! He even threw in washing of deck chairs and storage box that were moldy from being outside! All in all, he was very reasonable for pricing, and my walkways and patio look bright and ready for summer!"

"I talked to many (I'm a bit embarrassed to say how many!) deck builders to get quotes on replacing my wooden deck with a composite deck from spring until early fall 2019. I was looking for a combination of the right price, outstanding customer service, and feeling confident that the contractor would do the job right. While there were a few other companies that engendered confidence and showed good customer service, I felt their prices were too high. One or two others had very good prices, but these were more along the lines of two guys with a pickup truck, without a company standing behind their work. "Everything went very well. Rus came and gave an in-person estimate, and the price was competitive even though they had to refinish by hand (rather than spray) due to the landscaping around the deck. His team worked very hard when the weather allowed them to, so the job was done in a timely manner. I would recommend them."

"Homecraft Builders did an AMAZING job on our screened-in porch and we couldn't be happier! Their price was fair (right in the middle of the quotes I received from other companies) and Marc and his crew were really easy to work with. Throughout the course of the project, Marc kept us posted on expectations leading up to our start date and then stayed in constant communication with us during the construction phase. When we needed to make minor tweaks or changes, Marc and the crew were always open to our ideas and continuously stressed that our satisfaction was their goal. Once the project started, they worked everyday (aside from weekends, of course) to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. The screened-in porch turned out even better than expected and we couldn't be happier with the project. We're out there ALL THE TIME now and get tons of compliments from our neighbors. "They did a nice job. Their sub-contractor did leave personal trash at our house and our dog got into it. She helped herself to half eaten pizza. I let Homelife know there was a problem immediately, and it was rectified quickly. Additionally, I wasn’t happy with how our footers for our deck were handled. I felt like a board could have been placed over the open holes for homeowner safety. My small dog fell in but luckily was not hurt. The holes were open for 2 nights with nothing covering them, and it just would have been nice if they had been covered during the time they were not working. I was told it was because they were being inspected the next day, but still, someone could have uncovered them prior to the inspection. I just felt that it was unsafe to do that. If I had a small child that wandered into the yard, it could have been devastating. It’s just a suggestion I would make, and for that and the trash issue, I can’t give them 5 stars. There were also a few times that I emailed and did not get a response. There is one corner that the top board on the rail is cut incorrectly, but I have been assured that it will be corrected. Other than that the deck is beautiful."
