"I signed up to have one of my HVAC's covered by Tim Kyle. I used the electrical service for over 20 years and the service is exemplary. This is the first time I used the HVAC service. I was impressed. It was a great job performed by a knowledgeable, pleasant tech who was available to answer any questions I had. Most important the HVAC was up and running before the 100 degree days to come later this week. Thanks guys"

"Mir and his assistant did a great job mounting my 4 TVs. They were friendly, courteous and professional. His price was very reasonable and I wound definitely use his services again."

"Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. They tracked down the problems to parts of the old system that they had not touched. System is now performing well. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"Lucas did a great job. He was communicative, on time, and helpful in walking me through his assessment. He provided me info of offers and optional improvements, but wasn’t aggressive or pushy. Sila has once again provided great service."

"I recommend using Heil Plumbing. The plumber, Dave L., arrived promptly, he was professional, and responsive to all my questions. He quickly identified the problem-the toilet needs to be reseated. Unfortunately for me, Dave was unable to complete this project due to circumstances beyond his control. He removed toilet and then removed a rubber spacer that was there off and found a plastic spacer flange that wasn't fastened down and another rubber gasket. He also discovered there are three layers of tile flooring and the flange is way to low. As a result, he could not complete the job. Dave recommended that I replace flooring or have a carpenter raise wood from underneath so the toilet would have support on a new flange. He further recommended replacing shutoff valve that doesn't work for the toilet. Dave spent one hour in my home at most. The investigation and labor without fixing problem cost me $195. Fortunately, I had a vendor coupon from Angie's List which took off $15. So I ultimately paid $180. I'm not sure if that price is reasonable for the area and what actually happened during the visit since the problem didn't get fixed. I'll likely shop this job around to a few more plumbers, but I will probably go with Heil Plumbing again if I can get some credit on the price for the repair based on the investigation and labor that was performed."

"Great experience, reliable and great service! Got our ac unit up and running in no time. Would highly recommend!"

Computer h*** exists! My wife's work computer (an old Gateway) developed problems (required start up 3-4 times prior to

image on monitor). I had retained (at that time) a 1 1/2 yr. old Dell 745 and a  1 1/2 yr. old Dell 840 Power Edge Server from my business upon retirement. I took the Gateway to my previous Tech who transferred data to t;he Dell 745.  Within 30 days the 745 began refusing to start up. I chkd. Angie's List  (my previous Tech was unavailable due to her employer's business volume) and read No. Ala. Technical Svs. reviews; called Jim Ferrell who returned my call from out of town. Jim undertook the "exam' and clean-up remotely. When the problem was not resolved remotely, we agreed to meet in a highly public spot for Jim to take the Dell 745 in for service. (I might add that on three occasions of personal meetings with Jim, he was prompt to the minute).
After exam (a couple of days) Jim  texted that it would appear the mother board was failing. I told him that I had the Dell 840 Power Edge Server and asked if data could be transferred to it. Jim did transfer the data, installed all the back up files (e-mail, photos, billing files, correspondence, etc. that he had backed up for us (just in case). Delivered both units back to me.  We encountered a problem with our e-mail provider and setting up Outlook that evening. I called Jim who then spent another couple of hours to resolve that problem.
In the midst of all this, my wife got discouraged because of the "continuing" computer problems, went out to a big box store and bought a Toshiba laptop. The cursor would not work and she had to use a mouse to use the laptop. After 3 weeks she returned the laptop to the big box (which was most courteous in their concierge procedure).
We have been using our converted Server as a desk top station for the last month without incurring any problems. I would recommend No.  Ala. Technical Services and Jim Ferrell to anyone for computer repair. I found Jim to be diligent, knowledeable, cost conscious, concerned, and reliable. Larry P. Young

"Don't even know where to start, to be honest. My furnace just died during a historic cold front in the US and my home was 47°. I had my normal HVAC guy come out and look at it and he said he'd need to order the part and it would be here next week. Unfortunately that'd mean I'd be in a hotel until next week too. Called a dozen other places, same story. Nobody keeps this random part stocked, special order only. Well, nobody but Ivan! After making a dozen calls, I called him and he said he could fix it tonight. I was skeptical because I had been told otherwise so many times within the previous hour, but the dude is legit. He just left my home and got the job done, earlier than originally scheduled, too. The price was right and I couldn't be happier. He saved me $100's by not having to get a hotel. Safe to say, I have a new HVAC guy now. I can't recommended these guys enough, SERIOUSLY."

"Broyles HVAC has installed practically everything in my house: - New AC - New outdoor compressor, including wiring everything - New thermostat Broyles is everything you want in a HVAC company: - Honest. Won’t sell you something you don’t want or need. Will make sure you understand what is the best solution for your problem both now and into the future. - Fair Value. Not the cheapest but certainly one of the most fair priced company I’ve dealt with especially considering the Master HVAC certification Broyles has. They’re certified to do any kind of HVAC work which all companies cannot claim. - Professionalism. Broyles is available within 24 hrs almost anytime I’ve needed them. They will show up as scheduled, on time, ready to work with the necessary tools. Can’t stress how nice it is to have someone who does this. I’ve recommended him for friends and have had nothing but good experiences. Anything you need HVAC, Broyles can handle it for you."

"Made initial appointment 5 days in advance. On the appointment day, I phoned early afternoon to hear that my repairs had not been scheduled. Plumbers then arrived within the next hour, or so. Fixed leaking valve leading to the main line, and "snaked" bathroom sink. Took photos of tub/shower valves to order a replacement unit and gave an initial price estimate $240). After 10 days, never received a return phone call. Called office to receive a return phone calls explaining that part had not been ordered, and that there was an estimate of $625 to install a new valve unit."
