They also keep detailed records, which they review prior to performing any repairs, and they have never tried to "sell" us on something we didn't need. Once he committed to a date and a time, he was there and he was on time and did what he needed to do. To my knowledge, the repair had worked but we haven’t really had heavy rainstorms since the service so I really don’t know."
