This company uses only snap traps and know-how to catch mice and to find and plug nearly invisible entry points. Work was thorough and workers were knowledgeable as well as friendly and polite. The cost is actually a bit too high for me because they sell only a package, which includes insect spraying (using a poison that is not really environmentally good--same poison most companies use) which I do not want but have to pay for anyway. However, the service I do want has been worth the cost."

"I used them last year for a series of five treatment during the summer. It did a very good job controlling the mosquitoes. I hired them this year and gave them my credit card. They told me they would start treatments in a couple of days. they never showed up I was never able to reach a person directly so I left numerous messages. Never heard back. I heard they may have closed down their operation. A shame, they did a nice job."

I appreciate that he gives a specific time for the appointment (rather than a window of time) and that his pricing is very clear (and from what I understand very reasonable). He was very knowledgable and told us what we thought was squirrels in the roof was actually a raccoon. We stopped hearing noises the day he set the traps on our roof. He sealed up the potential points of entry between our house and the attached row houses. Hopefully we don't have a reason to hire him again...but if we did, we would!"

I really appreciated how the representative took time to check with his manager to ensure I was given the lower amount. I received a call to set up the appointment but I didn't answer right away because I did not recognize the caller. I returned the call but the person answering did not have information about who had called me. However, the person who I have first been in contacted got in touch with me and all issues were resolved. The invoice bill did arrive in the mail and the wrong amount was written. But the person who I was communicating via Angie list made sure everything was corrected. This should me that the company will take steps to make sure their customers are treated with the most highly respect and professionalism. Orlando called before he came and was very pleasant and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the hornets. He explained about the difference kinds and their behavior habits. Hopefully, the hornets will not come back and if they do I will not hesitate to hire Pointe Pest control again."
