When tim and his team were done our walls look completely finished and dry. It is a whole new space. We were very impressed by Tims expertise, he was able to look around our old home and point out needed maintenance and repair. His team also cut out old piping in our basement. Added tiger jacks to further secure our structure and raised the sagging in our house. Also added a sub-pump and a new spigot. This team does it all! Not only that but for a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond to make our repairs perfect. Will definitely be using this company for all future work we need done."

"They set up a closet system for us.  We met with Jennifer at the house where she measured the space and gave a rough estimate.  We were instructed to measure the length and widths of clothing space we currently use and give those numbers to her. There was a followup appointment with the explanation of what costs would be. "Well, we did not seem to connect personally. I kept telling him what I wanted done & he kept repeating what he was going to do. <br /> I wanted 2 separate wall ovens which would require a support being built in the wall for the second oven and a second electric 220 wire being run to the area. He kept referring to the oven as a double oven & didn't think it needed new electric.  <br /> He told us that we could buy the cabinets at Home Depot & he would put them in. He did not have a contractor discount for the cabinets. I was very frustrated that he seemed to want to do things his way & not my way which would have made it difficult to work together. "I went to Countertops and Cabinets by Design for a qoute on granite countertop and semi-custom cabinets. There was a particular granite slab we liked. They quoted $81 per sq ft for the countertop. We got a quote on the same piece of granite from another granite installer at a price of $55 / sq ft, for the exact same slab! They were $26 per square foot more in price. What a rip-off! Their total price for 62 square feet was $5102. We installed for a price of $3620, for the same granite countertop and installation. We also quoted them for cabinets. They were again the highest priced vendor. We had them quote using KitchenCraft semi-custom cabinets, which is a fairly standard cabinet company used by many vendors. We quoted them against Lowes and still higher priced than the big box stores. Ultimately because was price, we used other Angie's List vendors that were highly recommended but gave better prices.
