"The job went Extremely Well! Work Performed June 12, 2019 This was my first time looking for a truly real, qualified plumber, because I could no longer trust the work of pseudo plumbers. I had a busted indoor basement pipeline that connected to an outdoor spigot, that caused quite a bit of water damage in my basement, so I needed to find the best plumber, at a reasonable price, and a company that would apply the diagnostic charge to the total charge of the work done. I spent several hours researching plumbing companies, reviewed a great deal of customers’ reviews on each company, and I called a few that had the best reviews. One of my initial calls was to Archer Plumbing Company. The phone was answered promptly by Allan, a very pleasant man (a good sign). I explained what was going on, he asked a few questions, and was able to quote a ballpark figure of what it might cost. I told him I had to make a few more calls before I could decide on a company, but so far, they seemed to be the best, and met all my requirements. In the end, Archer Plumbing was the number one choice by far. I called Allan back and scheduled an appointment. The next day I called and changed the scheduled date to an earlier date, and Allan was very flexible and accommodating. Allan called on June 12, the scheduled date, to let me know that the plumbers were on their way. Chuck and Matthew arrived promptly. I was happy that they had shoe covers (thumbs up), so I didn’t have to offer mine. Chuck was very knowledgeable, proficient and efficient. Both were very polite and pleasant. In addition to replacing the busted pipeline and spigot, they replaced the toilet fill valve and seal in two toilet tanks, and Chuck gave me some general, helpful maintenance tips, as well as addressed a few of my concerns with future plumbing projects. I was very pleased that the cost was within the ballpark figure that Allan had quoted for the busted pipe repair. Needless to say, I highly recommend Archer Plumbing. First impression and experience are lasting! I admire their honesty and integrity. I have already recommended Archer Plumbing to my friends and family. This company exceeds customers’ expectations in all areas of service. They deliver Five Star Service, at a reasonable price, and they offer a one year warranty on their work. "We had a pipe which rotted out underneath our house.  We discovered it in Sept 2014 but didn?t have the money to fix it until May 2015.  FlowRite honored the estimate they gave me.  An issue did arise where they were scheduled to show up but never did.  There was a breakdown in communication, however, the company did make an effort to compensate for the discrepancy.  I do feel they could have gone a little further, but my main concern was addressing the plumbing issue.  The second time scheduled the tech was on time and was very personable and hard working.  The job took a number of hours and he took the time to get it done right, and we have not had issues with the plumbing since this incident.  This company could benefit with better methods of communication.

"Whoever Nick sends to work at our house has always figured out what needed doing (and not more) and been able to get it done quickly, surely and cleanly. In this case we had just at our water main changed which cause sediment to clog fixtures and kill water pressure. Chris gave us the good news that a replacement fixture and part was all that stood between us and square one----and he fit us in the next day so that we could go out and buy the kitchen faucet we needed."

"Of course I won't know for sure if the system passes until the inspector comes out, but the guys seemed to do a great job.  One poor fellow had the lucky task of climbing 20 feet down to the bottom through a 1.5' square hole, after it was pumped out, to scrape the walls and clean out the drainage holes.  They seem confident that the system will work fine going forward.  They were more professional and friendly than I was expecting given the task at hand.  Assuming I pass my inspection I could not be more pleased.  I think the thing I appreciated the most was their fast response time and I thought the price was reasonable considering they had to also pump 3.5 truck loads of septic water from the system."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"I tried an Angie's List Deal - 2 hours of plumbing for $75.  The man was not a plumber so he looked at my problems, spent two hours, was very nice and professional.  However, he was unable to fix anything and suggested that I get a new faucet.  More disappointed in Angies List than I was in him.  I trusted Angie's List to sell accurate services, not handyman services under the name of plumbing.
