"We've hired Gove Restoration for several smaller projects over the past few years <$10,000. This was our first major renovation with them, where we had 2 bathrooms completely remodeled from the studs. Through the process Matt and his team were extremely easy to work with, discussing design ideas, budget, and style. Gove Restoration helped us to work out weighs to adjust the overall cost by letting us demo the bathrooms and paint as well. The overall quote was very transparent and each cost/line item was very clear and what we could expect. We worked with their supply partners as well for granite, cabinets, tile, and doors/windows. All these suppliers were great to work with. During the process we hit a few snags such as product availability, and COVID issues. Matt and team were very flexible and worked hard to find replacement products of the same quality in order to not delay the project. When the project was all over we walked away with 2 newly renovated bathrooms that we love, and the feeling of money well spent. We no longer have to worry about plumbing issues, flooring or any old home problems. We highly recommend Gove Restoration for any and all projects."

TJ did not try to oversell the project (he actually suggested doing less rather than more) and was able to have a custom counter/sink made for a very tricky cabinet base. His crew installed 2 toilets, a light fixture, and a new sink top (including all new plumbing in the cabinet) in less than a day AND in the middle of a pandemic and snowy weather. They laid drop cloths from the front door to the bath, wore masks, and left no clean for me. Communication via email was easy throughout the process and Lisa , in the office, was delightful anytime I had to call. We will definitely reach out to TJ at W.B. "I was thoroughly pleased with the installation of my new kitchen faucet. What I liked is that they went above and beyond. There were other things in the house that needed attention and Kyle changed did a "wellness" check around the house, the bathrooms and found that the faucet to the outside of the house needed updating. I wills say that their price was a little high but for my peace of mind, it was worth it. Within 5 days of my work being done, I recommended them to a co-worker who needed a hot water heater repaired and they are satisfied with that work too. Yes, I will call on InstaPlumbing again."

"I am extremely happy with the work Plow & Property Projects did for me. Wes and his crew were all very easy to work with and did the job right the first time. Mainly, they replaced a shower stall I had that had a cracked floor and had leaked into the floor below it (damaging the ceiling). The new tiled shower they put in is amazing and I can’t even see where the ceiling damage was anymore after they fixed it. They also tackled some other things around the house that I’m glad to say will no longer bother me again! I highly recommend them and will go to them again for any future work I may want to do."

"My project involved a full kitchen and bathroom renovation in my 100+ year old house. It came with all the challenges of an older home, complete with uneven walls and floors, original plaster, and strangely shaped rooms / layout. Leo was very attentive, detail oriented, and always wanted to be sure I was happy with the decisions needed. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or increase the scope of the project for his own gain. Along the way there were things I added to the scope, but he was always helpful in deciding what was needed or made sense to do vs. something not needed or that might be overinvesting. He was very diligent and detail oriented in all aspects of the job. The project involved leveling and sheet rocking walls and ceilings, new tile throughout the bathroom, new tub, installation of shower doors, removal of an exterior window (and residing exterior to cover the area, which was done seamlessly), new sinks, vanity, mirrors, and fixtures, and a slew of other details I’m probably leaving out. It was a challenging space and came out great! Much of the same was needed in the kitchen, but it also included new cabinets, counters, backsplash, and framing out a very weird wall so the cabinets and appliances would make sense and be even. He also painted all of rooms and left the house clean and beautiful. He was always polite and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again for another similar project in the future."
