"Pete, Jake and Jeremy and a couple of other workers from Cool Heat Mechanical did a great job on installing 3 central air conditioners and air handlers at my house over a 3 day period. They were neat, clean, on-time and did an excellent job installing the American Standard A/C and air handlers. The units are running great and improved my energy efficiency tremendously over my older units. Pete is extremely knowledgeable with his profession of installing A/C and heating systems. His pricing is excellent as well. We are also using them to install a new heating system within the next few weeks. We initially met with Dave who reviewed their products and gave us the pricing for the job. Dave made an excellent presentation of all their products and did not use any high pressure selling tactics. He offered some nice financing options through EnergizeCT that I was not aware of as well. I did have multiple vendors competing for the job and found that Cool Heat Mechanical was the most knowledgeable and had the best products and pricing in my area. I did a fair amount of research and this company is the one to use for your heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend Cool Heat Mechanical for your HVAC requirements."

"Stephen was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was prompt, responsive, and did an excellent job. We had had two estimates for the job, and although the price quoted was the same from both companies, Stephen distinguished himself by explaining that he would leave the area very tidy, whereas the other company had specified that the estimate did not include removal of the leaves, Stephen started the work at an unusually early hour, to accommodate our schedules that day. The area was difficult to access and severely sloped, and I'm not sure of how he accomplished all that he did, but when we returned home the area was transformed. He had removed all the debris, tree limbs, branches, leaves, soda cans, etc, which had been accumulating for sometime, raked the area and left it entirely clear and clean. He even suggested some plants that might thrive there. What had been in essence a junk yard, seemed to have become a potential conservation area! We were extremely pleased with the work, and would use Stephen again for other projects."

"Everything went real well. Great job cleaning ducts and condenser that didn't look like they were cleaned in 13 years. Jeremy showed us the before and after pictures which is a great plus for this service. He also went the extra mile to be sure we were happy. "I couldn't have been more pleased with the service from Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. They arrived a little early (after call me to inform me they were ahead of schedule). They then proceeded to spend the next four hours very thoroughly and carefully cleaning my two HVAC systems' air ducts. My property had been recently remodeled, so there was a lot of dust, but they also found that a lot of junk had been tossed into the floor vents from workers on the project, and so they cleaned it out. "The workers were very professional. The installation was done during the week thatn we had extremely high temperatures but they showed up every day and worked in the blistering heat of the attic. They also provided a loner window air conditioner for me until the central A/C unit was up and operational. I would highly recommend them."

keep mold from returning.  Since I have respiratory issues, it seemed a necessary expense.  They did not have the proper light on the truck so we had to reschedule the install for a week later and that appointment also had to be rescheduled for the following day.  I was very happy with the work done, though only time will tell if it really was an issue for my health problems and I certainly know it needed to be done.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone and have done so.  I am going to write it up in the condo newsletter as something all should address and have told friends and family who have any respiratory issues about having it done.  I was told they will maintain the light every two years at no expense.  My suggestion would be that when someone is interested in booking there be more information about the possibility of needs to educate the consumers involved.  Once they are in the house doing the job it is too late to compare pricing for the work.
