"They were timely, clean, worked great with the water company, professional, price was fair. Very nice and very genuine."

"They are good and prompt, but expensive. Project, replace toilet wax ring. Replace lavatory sink tail piece and lavatory sink stopper assembly I needed this done fairly quickly as the toilet was starting to drip water into a ceiling area below. The telephone staff who set up our appointment were great. Response time was short. Once the technician arrived, he was up front with pricing, so I knew what their price would be. I did postpone other less urgent work because of the price. The cost for these two items was almost $1000. Past experience with other plumbers would have been in the $700 range. However, TMS was available, and they were not If the price had been more in line, I will probably use them as my regular."

"Josh and his team were awesome. They gave me a quote quickly, came out a few days later (our job wasn't a rush), and did an awesome job. They installed our water heater and vented it outside in under 3 hours. They left our basement spotless after the install too. Very very friendly and polite as well. If I ever need any other plumbing/HVAC work I'm going to reach out."

"Came in on the low end for complete central air bid with higher quality products. Install was clean and efficient and they dealt with a third party for billing with professionalism as we had a general contractor at the time and the payment to them wasn't prompt. Unlike another subcontractor at our house that was fired for their complete lack of professionalism- Beacon responded to a late payment to the appropriate party and assured us the problem would be rectified with the general contractor. On another occasion they made an emergency repair to our boiler, had parts for an odd product on their van, diagnosed and fixed it in under an hr and charged way less than one would expect for such great service."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
