"I have had a problem with my main sewer line for years and I knew I had issues with roots in my line. A previous plumber I had out never returned. I had asked a 2nd plumber for a quote, but they never gave me one because they didn't want to actually dig the hole to fix the issue. The 3rd and 4th plumber weren't much better. However, WestCo rooter was very helpful and explained a variety of options. We set up a time. They dug 3 deep holes and replaced my entire sewer pipe, and filled and patched the holes, all in one long day. I couldn't believe how hard they worked and how efficient they were in getting it all done. If you have sewer pipe issues, I highly recommend WestCo Rooter."

"This was a gas line repair/replacement job. Jose arrived as scheduled and ready to go. I gave him a cash deposit at the time of project estimate to buy some materials. I expected to see someone with a gas sensor to trace down the leak and do all of that pro looking voodoo. Jose is not that guy. He knows what he's doing, how the job is supposed to look and what materials are needed to get it done. The price was OK, but I'm no judge of what is normal and I didn't get a competing bid. I was thinking about doing that, but after speaking to Jose, I got the sense that he took good workmanship seriously and i was not disappointed. The gas smell is gone, the new piping looks neat, well laid out and properly secured. Plus he helped me with a DIY range top install at no extra charge. He even changed the water heater to a tankless model because the location of the ruined water heater didn't meet code and tankless was our only option."
