"Ford from Brewster Appliance showed up on the day and time agreed upon. I bought a stove that needed to be converted from LP gas to Natural gas. Ford changed out the orifices checked the stove, fine tuned the flames and even helped me order a part for a broken ice maker on my fridge. Ford was a nice guy, very efficient , knew what exactly had to be done and took care of the problem. Well worth the two hundred and I will use him again if the need arises. "Update as of 4/3/12 - RCA's mechanical seems to be out of business. I was owed a $500 credit towards future work but have been unable to get in touch with them. Rich and his team were conscientious and meticulous in their work. While the project was quite expensive, I feel I got good value for my money. The equipment installed was good quality. I didn't feel pressed to buy more than was needed for my project. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that everything was working correctly before leaving. I will likely be using RCAs Mechanical Systems for future projects, and would recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC installation"
