They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. "Steven was seemingly nice. We hired him through Angie’s list, but he wanted cash. I came home from work and there was a 10-12 year old child helping him do the work. They not only left the job partially done, but they destroyed FOUR large tiles and left huge cuts and cracks from the tile saw. The job was done so poorly that I was horrified to call this contractor back. We left with an even more destroyed floor with far more damage. The original tile pattern has been discontinued so we cannot even replace the custom tile. Stay away from this very sketchy guy and his under aged chile"
