He started as soon as we had the materials, and finished it all himself in 4 days. With us living in the house as it was installed with 3 pets, this was not an easy task. He was super respectful and worked with us on rotating which rooms hed work on to keep the cats from getting out and keeping a bedroom open for us to sleep in. I absolutely couldn't be any happier and have hired them to re redo my attic next. They took that old run down bathroom and made it something that I'm smiling. Every time I look at it. I wouldn't hesitate to use them on any project. We even changed plans a few times and they took it all in stride and just adjusted along the way. Extremely happy."

The ran my spouse's credit but when the credit card came in it had my name and her social security number. When we attempted to call the salesman after the installer said we could not have the product we had decided on, he did not return our calls."

"Had them quote me to line my chimney. They provided a quote for the chimney lining, tuck point, and water proofing. Had them complete the work, all was well. The first good wind we had, the chimney cap blew off. It looks like it just wasn?t tightened enough. I reached out to inquire if they?d come back out to place the chimney cap and tighten, and he said they would. Haven?t been able to get ahold of them since to get it scheduled. Other than that issue, I?d love to give 5 stars."

He was very good about communicating on the jobs. He showed up when he said he would and would text if there was a delay. After the various jobs were completed, he followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I have referred him to friends who were also pleased- he installed a privacy fence for them."
