"Hired Kamcrest to help install a home network and set up audio/visual systems. Consulted with Amit (owner) who came over personally to go over the project and make recommendations. Amit and his team installed network complete with Cat wiring, switches and an Eero mesh system. Our wifi and home network are working flawlessly with great signal coverage in our 2000sq ft apartment. His team also hung our two OLED TVâ s with Apple 4k, and concealed all the speaker wiring. I was skeptical of his recommendation for the Apple 4k, but the picture quality and the way it integrates with all of our other Apple devices is truly great. However, the reason why iâ m writing this review is to discuss the customer service experience. About 2 weeks after the installation, some of the wiring for the speakers became unsecured and damaged the paint on the wall. Amit and his crew came over, resecured the wiring, repaired and repainted everything to perfection. Great customer service is hard to find these days - but these guys went above and beyond. Iâ m so happy i had Kamcrest help with our networking and AV setup. They are knowledgable and professional and i recommend them highly. Victor M."

"Amit and his team at Kamcrest were outstanding. They did a complete overhaul of my Wi-Fi system and AV system, which involved, among other things, creating a Wi-Fi network with a central brain, replacing and installing multiple large screen TVs, upgrading my sound system, and installing multiple Sonos sound bars, Logitech remotes, Apple TV devices and other equipment throughout my 6.300 sq. foot home. From a technology and AV perspective, Kamcrest has basically upgraded my home from 2010 to the current date and positioned me to continue to keep up with new technological developments. They kept to a very tight three-day schedule, and even came on the weekend to help with a few lingering issues and to make sure that electrical contractors and painters did their job to completion. Raymond came and asked what my issues were with the computer, listened to all my complaints. I explained about needing one virus software for work (encryption) and one for my computer's needs. He began by checking all the usual sites of issues, ran a virus scan product or two and determined that my issues were not viral related (yeah) but mostly overloaded with add-ons from several companies/sites.

Those got cleared out/removed, he made my home page much more user friendly for me, and explained tons of questions that I had about 'why this, why that, how this, etc.'  He made sure that at start-up, the computer wasn't bogged down, and by then there was already a big improvement. He changed my search engine from one that had been installed when I bought it but didn't know enough to change it.  I now know how to use either of the browser options.

He found documents that I knew were "in the cloud storage' but couldn't find (yes, I know, I'm one of those who wonders which cloud my stuff is in).  Raymond also set up my external hard drive so I could have yet another document storage location (to be really safe--especially since I still don't trust that cloud).

So now, instead of a computer that froze every few minutes I have a computer that is working well and I can concentrate on typing my end-of-term paper and not worrying that the computer will shut down.

Raymond was here about 90-105 minutes and the fee was very reasonable-- money well spent for what I got in return.
