"Excellent work on a new installation, they arrived on time, were very professional, they installed the new system with good attention to detail, a tough job up in the attic during the summer, installed a thermostat and its working really well. Thank you!"

"One of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. Jim called the day before to confirm the appointment. Larry the Plumber was so nice to deal with. He put on she covers to protect my wood floors, worked very neatly and gave us some tips about ongoing maintenance. He did a perfect job. This review us for Petro in central NJ. i was not able to change the company location. We hired them through Amazon."

"Our sales rep Matt was great. He explained everything in great detail, Install was fast, next day in fact. Work was done in about 6 hours. They kept the area clean. Purchased both heating unit and AC unit. The price was a little on the high side of the average."

Installation day went smoothly?the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with respect, keeping everything clean and organized throughout the process. The units were installed neatly, with careful consideration to both performance and appearance. Everything works perfectly, and the difference in comfort is immediate. "Sam and Steve did an excellent job. They replaced a 3-ton central air system with a 4-ton system. The former unit used to run all day long since it was undersized for the house. The new system runs perfectly and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them."

"Caesar and his crew did a great job with our central a/c install and very prompt on any service call. It is a pleasure doing business with them"

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"A few weeks went by and we were not notified of our installation date. I called and was then given a date. They came on time. There was a mis-communication between the initial contact guy and the installers. We expected that a space around 4 window frames would be caulked. The installers did not know about this. I needed to expend some effort to get that addressed, but it was addressed. They scheduled a second appointment to do the caulking. They came as expected and completed the work. In conclusion, they did honor the contract, but it seems that the working crew did not read the contract and come fully prepared. If the foreman was unclear as to what was on the contract, we would have all benefited from him contacting the initial sales guy to be clear as to the details of the job before the work was started. When I clarified this deficiency, they did complete the job as promised in a timely manner."
