Also the technician was taking my bait stations I had previously put down and putting them into her box. Complete THEFT!!! No exclusions done. Please do not hire this company. On the day of the work, the crew showed up earlier in the morning and went to work right away. They'd hung up covers from roof line down to ground to protect the house.
