He installed a belgium block border on my driveway, and his work was extremely neat and clean. Willie also put top soil/seed in a section on my yard, and cleaned out brush and leaves behind my shed and completed everything perfectly. Willie is very responsive and willing to listen and give advice about anything landscape related. His price is very fair and he keeps the customer in mind throughout the whole job. "I had Barchella Landscaping do quite a bit of work at my home. They ran drainage pipe from all roof downspouts and three basement window wells to a new dry well. A crumbling front stoop was totally refurbished. The wrought iron railing was removed, taken away and cleaned down to bare metal, repainted and reinstalled. Total front landscaping was done. Removal of all existing plantings and lawn and installation of new shrubs and sod. A large pine tree was removed in the backyard and ten new arborvitae were planted along the back property line for privacy screening. And let me say that these were already mature trees that immediately added screening. The back lawn which is where the dry well was located was graded off, seeded and topped with straw. Extensive repair to a heaved sidewalk and crumbling entry apron into driveway. And Barchella did some work that wasn't really in the original contract. Amazing! Five stars is actually not enough for this top notch company. The owner, Frank Barchella, is a genuine true to his word type of guy. He promised a time line for the project and even though we had quite a bit of inclement weather he and his crew got it done on time. I highly recommend Barchella Landscaping and Masonry. I can't see how any other company could be better."

"After interviewing several Contractors Dand D was hired to excavate a 35' stretch along my driveway and install a dry stack wall the same length. In addition an area near the house needed to be leveled and a 20' long low dry stack wall needed to be installed, so as to created a level area to set a whole house generator.
The Owner Steve arrived on time and spec'd the Job. Shortly thereafter I received a written proposal. The proposal was somewhat vague so I asked that specific information be added. Paul the Office Manager was responsive to my concerns. After discussing it with Steve the requested information was promptly added to the contract. Paul was always available to answer any questions i may have had during the project.
The Job was started on time. The first morning Steve was on site to go over the various aspects of what I wanted done with his Foreman. The materials that were supplied and the design of the wall that was agreed to was spot on. The Foreman was knowledgeable and focused. He and his crew work methodically and produced exactly what I had expected and then some. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up the site and neatly stored any materials that they would be using the next day. Steve stopped by during the course of the job to make sure things were going as planned. The project was finished on time without any issues. At the Completion of the job the entire area was left neat and clean.
