"My central air conditioning unit stopped working. I called Arctic Air Conditioning and was given an appointment for the following day. Before the arrival of the repair technician, I received a text that he was on the way that included his name and photo. I thought that was great, since I knew exactly who to expect. The technician was polite and professional. He gave a clear explanation of each of my repair options, and quickly completed the one I chose. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I want to add that I am hearing impaired, and repair technician made extra efforts to make sure I understood everything he told me. He was great! I highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning and will definitely use them again."

"Excellent work on a new installation, they arrived on time, were very professional, they installed the new system with good attention to detail, a tough job up in the attic during the summer, installed a thermostat and its working really well. Thank you!"

"Rob and team were the most responsive of the three contractors that I'd contacted for this project. My Central AC system replacement project was very complicated due to number of systems (4) and the tight spaces involved. I received an honest and transparent quote, and SOS stuck by that quote despite complications that made the complete installation take longer than anticipated. The team assigned were terrific (John, Louie, Geo, Stalin) - hard working and knowledgeable They worked well together and were sometimes creative in solving issues. Overall, a very good experience."

"Excellent communication from the office. Steven came at the time that I was told and completed a sump pump replacement. He was patient and communicated with me very well. I have been looking for a new plumber so Good Tidings maybe the one. In terms of price, I don't know how much this would have cost but honestly I have too much in my furnished basement to be concerned when a huge storm is coming. I will be back to install a new backup pump from Good Tidings!"

"Very professional installation. Was done in a timely fashion and the crew was very professional and clean. Huge difference in the comfort of our home now."

"Replaced & installed 3 ton coil & 3 ton condenser unit by Tony. He was prompt to respond, friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use him for any of my HVAC needs in the future."

We pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work. We strongly believe in giving our absolute best in all the work we perform. We look forward to earning your business.

"very well: parts on truck, quick installation, very courteous, cleaned up after himself"

"Miguel and his team are great. I’ve contracted them on multiple occasions for HVAC and mini-split installs, tankless water heater install, ac unit maintenance, power washing my exterior home and more. The team is always on time, do a great install and are very reasonable in terms of pricing. Highly recommend!"

"Job went very good. They did everything professionally, with good quality, and were respectful and clean. All their technicians seemed knowledgeable, and gave useful advise. They checked the outside fixture on their first visit. After few days, they were happy to come back and install new fixture for me, because fixture needed to be changed (without any charges to me for the second trip).
