"From the moment he came to give us an estimate, Craig and Creative Images were everything we could have hoped for. We'd bought our house in the winter, so we were unaware that the property did not drain properly. It became an immediate issue the following summer with standing water at various spots throughout the yard, so we knew it was going to be an unforeseen project. But, more specifically, we knew it was a project we could not afford to get wrong. We received other estimates that were temporary fixes to the problem that were portrayed as "all we needed." When Craig arrived, his idea was completely different and much more comprehensive. What others had said was fixable with simply regrading the property, Craig quickly identified as a much more complex problem. He showed us that a drainage system was the only solution because the type of soil in our yard (clay), and that, in addition to raising and regrading the property, this would alleviate the problem. We decided if we were going to fix it, we would make sure we fixed it correctly, and banked on Craig's expertise - even though it was more money. The yard has turned out to be perfect. It's a completely new space, a total 180 from what it was just four months ago. Our dog and the rest of the family can actually use the space now, and while it was expensive, it was money well spent. While his knowledge and ideas were obviously fantastic, the thing that really set Craig and his company apart was their professionalism and how they conducted themselves throughout all phases of the job. Every single member of the team that worked on our job over a two-day period was personable, pleasant and professional from the minute they stepped foot on the property. "Every time it rained we would get water in our garage and basement.  Thought about getting water proof system installed for years and finally got it done with Rightway.  We have had 2 serious rains since the system was installed and have not had a drop in our basement.
If you have the same issues as us i highly recommend you finally get it done and use Rightway and you will not regret it.

"FIRST CALL: Our call was answered promptly. The office staff was helpful and a first appointment was quickly scheduled.
TESTING/QUOTE: The representative came to our home, did a walk through, and sent testing to an independent lab. Test results came back about 5 days later. Findings pointed to three kinds of mold in the basement and ? very sadly ? unsafe conditions for us and our pets. The quote was high but fair considering that the work to be done was extensive. A lot of information was shared at this point with us ? about mold, about the general process, etc. The very knowledgeable representative did a great job of explaining the process and answering our questions. While we declined a financing package, it was offered. He anticipated the process ? from start to finish ? would take approximately 10 days.
HOUSE CLEAN OUT: We were advised to rent a dumpster. (Independent company, paid separately.) A crew came by on a Saturday to assist with the move out process. The process took much longer than originally expected for a variety of reasons. Nevertheless, the team was incredibly professional and helpful.
MOLD REMEDIATION: The mold remediation followed a day or so later. The crew was in the house 2-3 days. We were warned that it can get a bit smelly (due to sealant fumes), so we vacated the house while they did the work. The team members worked very neatly in our home and the team leader communicated with us via phone/txt about the progress of the project.
THE OOPS PORTION OF THE PROJECT: The water remediation aspects of the project were supposed to begin right after the mold remediation. However Healthy Way mistakenly filed the work/construction permits in the wrong town! Mistakes certainly happen. (We understand!) And, they worked to rectify the situation. (Excellent!) However, communication with us was very spotty during this time. This project that began at the end of July slipped through to the end of August? It is now the first week of September and we?re just finishing that final lap. I love their people and workmanship. However, I admit I was a bit frustrated with this aspect of the project.
WATER MANAGEMENT & DEHYDRATION UNIT: Much work was done? and so far, so good!
THE WINDUP: Mold problems are scary and overwhelming. And, there are also a lot of dubious ?remediation specialists? out there. Healthy Way is staffed by skilled professionals who do quality work at a fair price. While, I hope to God I never have mold problem ever again in my life, if I do, I?m calling these guys.
