"Steve arrives on time. He is very patient to answer all my questions. He replace our very old garage door opener with a new model with backup battery and MyQ feature. He makes sure the garage door can reverse properly if needed. We managed to program the time-to close feature and timer for light. Now, we are able to monitor the status of the garage door, open and close anywhere I want with an app on smartphones and/or website. Plus, the belt drive makes opener super quiet to operate.
