"We had used Pristine Landscaping in 2013 to completely landscape our front and back yards. We did a search on Angie’s List at that time and selected Pristine as they had very good reviews. Based on the work they did for us in 2013 and the excellent reviews on Angie’s List this year, we chose to have them work with us again. Sue came out and did a walk around with us to get an idea of what we wanted to do. She then gave us her ideas. A few days later, she emailed us a plan for what needed to be done, including the plants she would use. Once we agreed to the plan, she gave us a date for the start of the job. This particular job was going to take two days. On the agreed on date, they showed up on time and got busy taking out the old landscaping and then placed the new plants where they were supposed to go. After making a couple of adjustments, they started putting in the new plants. Even though she had a supervisor on the job, Sue was here a lot making sure that we were satisfied every step of the way. Our job this time was more complicated than the one in 2013 but the results were just as outstanding. During our walkaround at the end of the job, we were just amazed at how good our landscaping looked. So, in summary, from the more simple to the complex, It is obvious why Pristine has so many five star reviews on Angie’s List. You absolutely can’t go wrong using them for your landscaping needs. Then would only do parts and started and partially did a few portions and then gaps without any communication. We had weeds and he suggested sod (expensive) since we had so much weed. Instead of prepping it (weed kill and till) he just laid sod on top and weeds grew through. They built some simple drains but they failed and caused erosion. He disappeared for 2 weeks. Had to hire others to finish."
