Overall, I highly recommend his services; the work was completed in 3 months, and we are happy with the appearance and functionality of our new bathroom. As a general contractor, John was very responsive. He was always available to discuss our options and provided helpful recommendations. He was attentive to our needs, including any additional requests or suggestions. His team - including demolition, plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry - are also outstanding, and well coordinated. I always knew who is coming today, what they will be working on, and what part of the project will be completed this week. Very good experience and high quality work."

"The workers came on the appointed day with a longer ladder, as suggested.    Terry called to ask if he and an assistant could come by earlier than the original appointment time because they had finished work scheduled in the area earlier than expected; that certainly worked for me.    He surveyed the roof, took pictures and reattached a loose shingle that had fallen into the gutter.   Terry showed me the pictures of the roof from many angles; they showed no other repairs were necessary at this time.  Terry asked if there was anything else that required attention, but nothing else was immediately apparent.  He gave me his card and explained that the company does general contacting work.  
I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency shown today and won't hesitate to call MMP Construction in future if I need general contracting work done.

"Sanfer was the general contractor and worked on the project diligently. He was very responsive throughout the project. Painting and plastering was outsourced to a sub contractor. However, Sanfer’s crew worked on remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. There were some delays as we made changes in scope of the work. Overall, I was happy with their work."

"Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"We highly recommend Edian Alexis, of Alexis Home Improvement, who we worked with for a couple months to renovate our decks. Edian was amazing to work with--he is an incredibly talented craftsman, as well as being extremely professional, knowledgeable, skilled, flexible, and patient. He was always willing to take lots of time out to explain all of the choices he suggested (for example, why he recommends the particular brand of composite decking, why we had to go with particular railing choices for structural reasons, etc). We also had a tough time making design choices, and he was always very patient with us. We got quotes from a few different contractors, and he provided a very competitive quote. Edian's mother lives in JP, and he owns a home in Roslindale with his family; we appreciate that he lives in our community as well. When we were hiring a contractor, we wanted to choose someone that we could develop a long term relationship with and we are so glad we went with him. Last but not least, we are extremely happy with the outcome of his work (photos attached)! Everything came out even more beautiful than we had anticipated. We only have great things to say about him.
