Get matched with top clothes washer or dryer repair or service pros in West Roxbury, MA

"Accurate Appliance is the BEST! John, the owner, does the evaluation, tells me what needs to be done, and, once, even told me that the repair was not worthwhile since a replacement clothes washer was more economical. Then he does the repair. And then, after the repair is complete, he checks out the rest of the machine to make sure there is nothing wrong, then allows the machine to operate to make sure the repair is good. I gave him a "good" rating on Punctuality; but, in essence, that really reflects well on Accurate Appliance's commitment to working on a repair until it is done well. If John is a bit late, it only means that he was working **** ** a prior client. He has done that for me so I appreciate it that he will take the time to make sure his work is excellently done. Accurate Appliance is so good that my tenant uses him for his property management business, too. Accurate Appliance is exceptionally excellent!"

"Ryan did an awesome job repairing the clothes dryer. He was prompt, efficient, and courteous. I recommend him highly for any appliance repair jobs."

"The Equipment Drs were incredibly helpful and acted quickly to repair our dryer. Thorough communication during the whole process. Our technician was friendly, knowledgable, and efficiently installed the new timer. Thank you El!"

"Great service. We were very informed at every step"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"TOO EXPENSIVE. WOMAN DIDN'T SEEM INTERESTED IN THE PROBLEM. DECIDED TO BUY A WASHER ON SALE THIS WEEK INSTEAD. THERE ARE PLENTY OF CHOICES $200-400 MORE THAN THEIR INVOICING OUTLINE SHE GAVE"

"These guys are great. I had to reschedule them 3 times. They were extremely accommodating They came out on time, made the repair, and charged me what they quoted. The repairman was a good guy. My only regret is that they donâ t service southern Maine where I have a second home."

"Excellent and timely service. The technician fixed our clothes washer and saved us a great deal of money. He was professional, skilled, and courteous. Highly recommended!"

"Seemed very professional. Was candid and honest about cost of repair vs replacement. Allowed me to save money by ordering part myself."
