"The installation of our new furnace went extremely well. Once the offer was purchased we were immediately contacted by Jim to begin the assessment and installation of the new furnace. Jim and son performed all duties listed in the offer. They were polite, punctual and completed a very professional job. The job took 2 days to complete and we are very pleased with the results. Jim was able to reuse the existing air filter and humidifier and deemed it unnecessary to purchase new units. They even removed the old AC and provided recommendations about installing a new AC which we will look into next year.
