Jeremiah said they charged $299 and no mileage fee, but did not mention that the two tests to see if it was black mold would be $700! That was upsetting but you were stuck because you had paid $300 for him to come out. It took a while to get tests back but that wasn't their fault. Just wish we hadn't been blindsided, but otherwise very reliable."

"They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."
