Joe came by and looked at it all and because the situation was dangerous he and Larry came the very next day. Their estimate was clear and the job came in at the estimate (with one small additional nal.repair they found taking a part the toilet.). They walked me through everything and made me feel at ease. "I hired this company to Indy my air conditioner , it was represented by Tom . Hi seemed very nice and intelligent person , so I trusted him . If I only can imagine what they would do to my house I would never let this people close to my house . I am very disappointed and shocked about coming to my home and finding the disturbing mess and unprofessional work done. I have witnessed a few things in the previous days but have not said anything. What I came home to yesterday was disgusting and caused damage to my personal property. Oil was thrown into my shower, dirt all over my rugs in the basement, door broken, my towels beyond filthy with the mess your workers did. Oil dumped all over my shower and me getting dizzy from the smell and almost fainted. I do not need to write anymore as the evidence with pictures explains everything. This is the first time I have experienced such terrible customer service. When I asked them to came and fix a problem which was also don by the company they simply said to me Goodby , we do not care about it à ¢à  à  please didnà ¢à  à  t trust this people you can call me and ask me about the horrible damage they did to my house 203-243-0946 . The drain system was not install correctly and now I have pay almost the amount I paid for their job"

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"Juan responded quickly on a Sunday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the broken part. Fortunately, Juan had the part in his truck and was able to get my furnace working again. The service was impeccable! However, the weekend rates are expensive the service cost me $699 for installation of a $70 part. The 2-hour service call was $500 ($249 per hour)."
