Their sales representative, Annemarie listened to our needs and concerns before the design process started. She suggested helpful design alternatives and provided examples for our completed design. She explained before we signed the contract, the agreed cost in our contract is the last price we pay at the end of the work unless we change the scope of work. The installers, Edwin, Evan, and Coltin were on time for the removal and installation. They explained the process before starting the work and provided updated progress information. They were very considerate of our living conditions and protected our home from any damage. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and dedicated to getting the work done right. Wow.... were we impressed with Dan.

We have good renters in our duplex and needed the bathroom completed in no more than 3 days. Dan scheduled and worked with the plumber, marble, demo, permit, inspector and finished the bathroom in 2 days. Dan and his subcontractors were very, professional, respectful and clean covering all work areas. Our renters only had to shower at their gym 1 day. FANTASTIC!!!! Rare to find someone that follows through, is clean and does a great job! Dan was not least expensive, but the extra 300.00 was well worth a no hassle worry free job. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

"Yes, they were everything and more. They state on their web page that they only work on one project at a time and once they start, they are in your house 8-5 Monday through Friday until they complete the job. They started the project on Monday, February 10th. Their last full day on the project was Tuesday April 1st, with a return for a half day final touch up on Thursday April 3rd. This project entailed remodeling two bathrooms, one requiring rerouting of plumbing to change the layout of the bathroom. New tile was installed in both bathrooms. Three bedrooms were remodeled by replacing carpet with wood floors, new painting and installation of LED lighting."
