Fixed my oven door, and my freezer was working when he arrived. He told me not to over crowned or block circulation and to call if it stopped working again. "BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY I purchased a brand-new heating system for $15,000 in September 2025. The system came with a one-year company warranty in addition to the manufacturer?s warranty. Despite being new, the system malfunctioned four times within less than six months ? on December 4, December 6, December 17, 2025, and again on February 14, 2026. Why would a brand-new $15,000 heating system fail four times in less than six months? Each time I called the company, the response was slow. I later learned they do not provide evening, weekend, or emergency service. This was during the heart of winter, and I was completely at their mercy to service a system that was still under warranty. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was consistently blocked. The secretary or office staff always had an excuse as to why no manager was available.
