They put in a $100 pipe, did not cement it into the wall as should have been done and then charged over $900 to my credit card without any prior notice or explanation for the charge. Still no heat. They wanted to sell me a new boiler. I called another company who repaired the boiler with no problem and only charged $125.00. RCL was disorganized about sending a repair person, coming with proper parts, could not diagnose the problem correctly, tried to sell me expensive replacement that I did not need and seriously overcharges, and charges your card without your knowledge or permission."
