They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. "Michael is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. He’s exactly who you wish the folks working on your home are like. He has an amazing attention to detail, meticulous, and puts safety above all else. When he realized my boiler couldn’t be put in just yet because of further water damage, he had a water remediation company come in TWO hours to instantly start the process. When he realized my hoses needed updating, he made sure to call it to my attention and had them switched out. For work outside of his scope, he still makes sure to let you know what’s the best for future proofing your home. Above all, he’s communicative, on time, honest, and always there when I have a question. Plus, you can tell he really cares about his craft, and that translates to the job. He chooses the best solution for your situation. My only complaint is I wish he did literally everything else outside of plumbing! I’d want a Michael version of a carpenter, electrician, every day handyman. He‘s that good! "

I was told the repair would be $1,500. Although hesitant, I agreed to proceed because I needed heat. The repair was completed, I paid $1,524.90, and the technician left. I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "
