From the very beginning Julian was very personable, knowledgeable, always polite, and respectful, and always available. One of the things that impressed me most was once I explained what I was looking for, he went to work right away bringing or shipping me samples or letting me know where I could find something similar to take a look at that I might like, and I never felt rushed at any time. I even had a couple of issues that had nothing to do with the flooring, and he always said donâ t worry, well take care of it. And his talented crew certainly did. "We needed approximate 750 square foot redwood deck refinished. Mike responded, showed up next day on time, provided what seemed fair proposal. We signed and established start date. Miguel, Leo, and Jim came on time, did meticulous job sanding. Carefully cleaned all sawdust and applied stain and sealer Deck looks beautiful. Time will tell how long it lasts."

"I had a kitchen floor with 20 year old linoleum that had water damage on it. When the flooring was replaced after the leak, the wood subfloor beneath it was not repaired, and so it rotted away. It had become so soft I actually was able to push my finger through it at one point and make a hole through the linoleum on the floor and the wood below. I explained this to Juan who came to give me an estimate and he said it would be no problem to repair the floor. I also wanted to replace the old white linoleum with woodgrain vinyl plank flooring. He showed me some samples and we landed on one that I liked. He quoted me a very decent price for the kitchen, and later I decided to do the bathroom as well, so it would match the kitchen. The day of the installation, his crew arrived within five minutes of the time quoted. They were friendly fast and knowledgeable as they replaced the rotted wood and fixed some squeaks that were in the joists. They were careful and accurate in laying the new plank flooring in both the kitchen and the bathroom. After the job was done, I looked at it and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It makes the house look new again! Thanks again to Juan and his team of installers! I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"For the most part, I was happy with Mario's work. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the oven was higher than the counter about a quarter inch while the back of the oven is flush with the counter. Before the kitchen floor was replaced with laminates, the entire oven was flush with the counter, and the reason was the laminate was installed under the front legs of the oven where the floor was bare before that caused the oven front to be elevated."
