"I was in desperate need of a full kitchen remodel, from my floor to the drywall to the ceiling, the whole kitchen sink of you will ( pun intended) I contacted CSI and spoke with owner John, after a pleasant conversation he directed me to a veteran contractor of his, Cuban. Now im not a expert by any means, but Ruban was able to concisely explain clearly all that was recommended, and needed, done after his walk through and estimate. To include honest and accurate pricing ( i did my research after), to say I felt comfortable moving forward is a surety. Ruban came in on time and was diligent in all expectations moving through the remodel. New flooring, sub floor, tile, drywall, paint, a luxurious island, new plumbing installed, new lighting, cabinets.... everything, and I tell you, worth every penny. I am so glad I found CSI, I appreciate y'all so much. It's no wonder Mr. Whitmoyer and his company have been around almost as long I have LOL. I recommend them to anyone who asks, and I suggest you do the same!"

"Anthony came to our home 3 times. The first time he came he gave us an estimate. We paid half of the $450 . Anthony came back to look at the project. During these times he?s pushing us to buy a package for time he would use. Anthony came again he told my husband there was no header board in a weight bearing wall. Anthony went out and bought what we needed of course with our monies. He drilled holes to prove we had no header board. He actually drilled under the header board. Then he convinced my husband that it would take more time because he wanted us to purchase a $950 package for the time we could use at a later date. We had paid $225 already and nothing had been done. Since my husband had indicated he would buy the package and didn?t pay for the package up front we were skipped for the service. Not seeing any results I canceled. His contract states I can?t get a refund. The name of this game is for Anthony to sell the time packages. $950 and up. He never did any work"

"At the beginning the work started well but by the end the quality of work especially the drywall was subpar. Tom is slow in getting a quote to you but does respond. Tom is very nice but his staff is not professional especially Dave. I thought with Tom being in business as long as he has would be able to provide in a professional manner quality work. It is not true. Tom asked if I wanted his guys to take up the carpet. I thought ok. However, they tore up to 10 inches of drywall off many of the walls. They attempted to repair them but the work was subpar. I thought they were winding up work so I contacted the painters. The painters came in. There was tension between the paint foreman and Tom's crew. They were squabbling like elementary children on the playground. (I am not happy with the painters either but this is a separate matter) The walls unfortunately got painted with the poor drywall job. The painter did provide a drywall person to repair the worse spots. There are still poor spots on the walls but I wanted Tom and his crew out of my space. Each of the respective parties were blaming each other. This behavior is so unprofessional. On Friday last week, Dave was yelling at me over errors I did in trying to improperly apply color to the walls so I could see what it looked like (I applied the paint way before any drywall began). Again, because of poor communication the painters just painted over the poor drywall job. I did agree to pay for it since it was my mistake that should have been brought to my attention long before it was even painted over. Dave did such a bad job that there were air bubbles in the drywall because he did not let it set before he painted over it. Tom did have his other guy fix it. It looks better but not perfect. I had Tom put two new toilets in the space. There is now a big gash in the brand new floor where the floor doe not meet the toilet. There was not even going to be an attempt on Tom's part to fix this. In my opinion, all of the unnecessary drywall could have been avoided by properly having his guys take up the carpet right to begin with. I paid over $8,000 for unnecessary drywall, If you only have Tom's crew do the bare minimum that you need done for your project, then you are in good shape but BEWARE of them doing anything extra as it will cost you!"
