"David and his team knocked out a checklist of items that we needed fixed from the inspection of our home. Items included wood rot repair and minor plumbing and electrical work. His estimate was lower than the estimate I got from another company, and I was very pleased with the timeliness and quality of the work. Would definitely recommend and hire them again!"

"I contacted CSI for a remodel job on my grandparents home, needing a full kitchen and bathroom remodel and modernization for handicap accessibility for them . Ruban was the contractor assigned to the job and I couldn’t have been more happy with his communication in breaking down projections in work and all related costs. He was knowledgeable and fair in all respects. This same expertise was reflected in the follow through in work all the way to the completion of the project, and in an accurate time frame to what was explained to me. To say I’m content with the delivery and final project if everything needed, is a vast understatement. CSI and Ruban are top notch in every way and I can understand why they have been leaders in their fields for 50+ years and still counting. Would I use CSI again for future needs? Most definitely. It’s hard these days to find a contractor that knows what they are doing in every facet, from estimate to final completion. Thank you Ruban. Thank you CSI."

"Brent, his crew and subs did a great job taking our old master bedroom and turning it into a master bath. It is now handicap accessible and we love it! Brent kept me on budget and the project on time. He helped me make decisions by giving me valuable advise from his many years as a contractor. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and respectful of us and our home. We had absolute trust in having them in our home while we were gone. The guys eve chased down our dog when she got out the door! I will definitely use Centennial again and have already recommended them to our friends."

"I hired Rabin Remodeling and Restoration to handle general contracting work for my investment property at 9829 Chambre Dr, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Their team was professional, efficient, and very conscious about pricing throughout the entire project. They were also friendly and easy to work with, which made the process smooth from start to finish. Most importantly, the quality of their work truly added tangible value to my home. I highly recommend Rabin Remodeling and Restoration to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy contractors for their property improvement projects."

"We hired Booher to remodel two upstairs bathrooms in our home this summer. The end result looks very nice, and the process went pretty smoothly. We had remodeled our master bath a few years back, NOT with this company, and it was nothing short of a disaster, so we were nervous about tackling another project. This company is very organized and uses several sub-contractors, and needless to say this was a much better experience! The organization makes the project go smoothly, and their experience was apparent. The process took about six months from the very first estimate until the final result. Everything is picked out and ordered ahead of time; the work does not start until everything is ready, to avoid weeklong delays waiting for products to come in or pick the items out. There were a few minor glitches, but those were taken care of without a problem. There are also no surprises - if something is changed from the original you are informed and sign for it, there are no surprise expenses just given at the end. That has not always been the case for us. The employees are nice to work with, and were patient with several novice questions we had. Our project coordinator was great, he kept us informed and kept the project moving. One tip when remodeling is stay on top of the project, read the fine print and check the work everyday to make sure things are getting done the way you want it. Do not assume anything. There is no perfect remodel, but this was a much better experience than the last company and we would hire Booher again. Thank you!"

"My family experienced water and wind damage earlier this year. We had to be placed in a hotel. After reaching out to numerous companies, we chose Maynor construction. I am glad we did!! If it wasnâ t for Maynor and his staff, I wouldnâ t have made it. The process was long and depressing because of being away from home. However Maynor and his staff reassured me. They showed patience with me and worked hand and hand with my insurance company with getting my home repaired in a timely manner. Thank you Maynor! I truly feel like we are family!"

"Custom Home Medics recently finished a bathroom re-model for us. The design process was great (Russ leads the design team). They were the only contractor I interviewed that had me into their office and go through 3D rendering of what the final project would look like and helped pick out colors and finishings. Once we decided to move forward, they provided good communication on timelines and all the work was done according to the plan. Larry handled most of the work along with sub-contractors for plumbing, electric and shower buildout. All the teams did great work. Once the work was complete, there were several items on the punch list that the team took care of very quickly. Adam (owner) even made a follow-up visit as there was a small leak that just needed pipe tighten. He made the effort to get it taken care of asap. Due to covid-19, the process took much longer than anticipated, but that is to be expected. Their team was willing to work around our schedule to complete all work."

"We had an old two story home demolished. They brought in dirt to level the area. He worked hard to be sure we had the end result we had hoped for!"

"BBG Construction did a fabulous job remolding my kitchen. It was a total gut and start over project. Ben the contractor is very good at getting back to you when, called, texted, etc. The job was finished in a timely manner and the contractors who worked on the project were all very competent, trustworthy and friendly. Ben was very easy to work with and kept you updated what the next phase would be. I would hire him again for more remolding projects"
