"I put in a request on home advisor late last night as my day was winding down. Within minutes, he emailed me asking for details and ready to set up a time to install a full motion TV mount, which he supplied so I didn't have to search through dozens of Amazon reviews, for our 51" TV on our fireplace into the brick. The very next morning, he was at our house at 11 am. Done by 11:30. We wish everyone was this efficient and timely. Super professional, very friendly, great work. Highly recommend!! "My dvd player died and I needed a new one for an event I was having on Wednesday. I bought a new one on tuesday afternoon and soon realized I couldn't hook it up to my system. I called Steve and within 1 1/2 hours, he was at my door and not only did he hook up my new dvd player, he re-calibrated my entire system. Very responsive, professional and most important to me at the time was his promptness. "
