"Very hard workers, renovated both bathrooms from plumbing to shower doors and trim. It looks great. We have 26year old house and apparently 15 years ago the plumbing was recalled due to failures. Justin Shane changed plumbing in crawlspace to all lines into the house and outside spickets. Found out during this process that our hot water heater was rusting and was replaced. We had bath walls and vanity damaged and had to be returned and replaced. This put us behind and Lowes never offered to deliver any of the products that had to be returned. Justin took items back and got replacements. The return process took over an hour each time due to Lowes unorganized process. There was 5 items damaged when we got back here with them. Justin worked late several nights in order to keep on schedule due to Lowes terrible quality control. All in all, Justin did a great job and we would hire him again."

"Junior and his team are simply SPECTACULAR. They are professional, honest, prompt, and thorough, and whether you need interior painting, exterior painting, drywall repair, or staining, the quality of their work is far superior to the competition. I would like to add to what I said there by describing the quality of his work on a recent job that involved renovating our oak staircase. The sanding involved the use of both a small electrical sander and hand sanding to ensure that every area of the steps – the tread, riser, newel post, inner and outer string, balusters, and fascia – was completely and evenly sanded. He repaired damage to the wood in various areas of the steps making them look new. We decided to have the treads stained red mahogany and the strings, risers, fascia, and balusters painted black. As usual, Junior used extreme care, including taping all areas that needed to be protected when painting the railing and risers so that the newly stained treads did not get paint on them. The combined effect of the staining and painting was spectacular. The stained treads look rich, even-colored, and like new. The oil-based black paint that was expertly applied to all of the other areas of the stairs highlights the beautiful wood grain. Junior did not leave a single paint drop anywhere, and the lines that divide, for example, the treads and risers, are razor sharp. In sum, if you have oak stairs (or any kind of stairs) that you value and want expertly and beautifully refinished, stained, and/or painted, Junior is your man. "We used Pro Plumbing twice, once for service and a second time to replace my water heater. Both times they were prompt and professional. The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet. Everything seems to be working great (it has been about 6 weeks)! I would definitely hire them again."

"We impulsively purchased an old log home suffering from neglect. The
damage was much worse than we thought; we even had one contractor advise
us to tear it down and start over.
Clarence Gant, owner of Cand D Custom Log Finishing did not even blink. He and his crew dove in and spent several months putting our poor old house into good order.
The previous owner had painted all the logs a glossy brown enamel (to hide all the Bondo he had packed in to cover the rot!) and Clarence and his crew carefully sanded, stained and re-chinked our 2,300 Sq. Ft. house, replacing logs and railings as needed. This in itself was not small task, as the logs were of random sizes so the replacements had to be planed to fit.
They sanded, caulked, and painted the porch floors and ceilings, including even the screen porch ceiling, which peaks at about 20'.
They also arranged for a sub-contractor to replace a 12'x40' concrete slab porch on one side of the house. Clarence and his crew built concrete piers under the new slab to support it.
An unexpected problem occurred when they had to power-wash a board-and-batten addition (1950's), two large rooms off one corner of the house. When they started the power wash, the water came streaming through all the microscopic cracks in the wood! So they carefully caulked the whole addition and we have not had any more problems (or bats in the bedroom, for that matter!)
I cannot say enough good things about Clarence Gant and Cand D Custom Log Finishing. Without them, we would not have the beautiful, and much less drafty, log home we love so much. Thank you, Clarence and everyone for saving our house!"
