"Working with Jose and is team was an excellent experience. He’s very dependable and reliable . He shows up on time and he works! His prices are very reasonable and his work product is wonderful. Jose was initially hired to do one project for me (renovation of all 3 bedrooms - install new ceiling light (bedroom had no overhead lighting ) repair ceiling, instal new ceiling fan, paint all bedrooms, built two custom closets. After I realized how well he worked, I asked him back to do a second project on my home, repainting the entire interior of my home, repairs to the ceiling etc. he also did more electrical work on the front of the house. He then did some tile replacement and I installed additional lights in the basement area. Based on the work my Neighbour saw at my home they also hired Jose to repaint the entire interior of their home.He’s the ONLY person I will ever call from now on for Anything I need done."

"Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Keith the Carpenter was just amazing from framing and leveling, to vent duct installation, cabinet installation and completing final touches to make it all look perfect. Dan also has a great group of subcontractors he works with. Shamus the electrician did an amazing job installing our new lighting. There were so many pieces to juggle, and Steve the project manager kept the project moving along, always keeping us informed as to what to expect. They were also clean, cleaning up each day before leaving. Overall, we have only positive things to say and have no hesitation recommending Island Homecraft."

"PERFECTLY! What an easy experience Gandolfo Contracting made this. I am so thrilled EVERY time I walk I to my kitchen. I purchased this service as a BIG DEAL on Angie's list and it was done within a few days. It could not have been easier. Using Angie's list to send messages back and forth was perfect for me! I did speak with Anthony the owner and he was polite and easy to speak to. I picked out what tiles I wanted and sent him the SKU and he picked it all up on the way to my house. They worked with me on my times as only afternoon is available for me to have work done. They arrive on time started right away was finished in a couple of hours and even went beyond and did a few extra touches for me that I had asked about. I will use them again in fact spoke to them before they left about other work I wish to have done. They were easy to deal with and very neat all was clean when they left. I am very happy I did this and happier that I chose Gandolfo construction. It is easy to see why they have an "A" rating!"

"Smart Tile was quick to respond to my request to have my granite counter tops cleaned & sealed. We setup a date and time to have the work done. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. I would definitely use Smart Tile for any granite/tile work that I may need in the future."
