"Jake Q. from The Water Heater Company recently helped us with a tankless water heater inspection and descale, as well as installing a pressure regulator, valve, and some copper pipework. He arrived within the window for our initial appointment on 3/7 and was very professional and thorough. The job ended up taking longer than originally estimated, but it was clear he was taking the time to do everything correctly. A pipework part needed to be ordered, so he had to come back to finish the work. The follow-up visit was moved from 3/11 to 3/12 due to a previous job running long, and he arrived slightly after the scheduled window, but once on site he completed the remaining work efficiently and with the same level of professionalism. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the work and Jake’s attention to detail. Despite the project taking a little longer than expected, I’d recommend The Water Heater Company and would gladly use them again."

"This project was handled efficiently and promptly. The technician was very informative and knowledgeable about our problems with water heater."

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"We were so very lucky to find Jeff. We had major plumbing and water heater issues that needed to be dealt with quickly and Jeff took care of everything completely and as quickly as humanly possible. Worked literally all day on a Sunday to get us taken care of. And didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. Nicest guy, great worker and very fairly priced. Couldn’t make a better decision than calling Jeff for any of your plumbing needs."

"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"Hector was very knowledgeable and professional. They responded quickly to my request, gave me s bid on the spot and showed up on time when the waterheater installation began. I was pleased with the quality of the work. Highly recommended."

"Camarillo Rooter was very responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Our water heater gave out and I called around to multiple plumbers for an estimated cost and timeline, Other plumbers could not come out right away to assess my plumbing needs. We decided to try Camarillo Plumbing, We upgraded to a tankless water heater. Camarillo Rooter was quick, efficient, priced right, and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use them again. Cost was approximately $5,500."

"He was prompt and did a great job completing the project. The pricing was upfront."

"805 plumbing was on time, took care of my leak and was very clean, covered the walls with plastic. Very professional."

"We’ve hired Fix it quick for a few things and never got charged for an estimate and they never tried to upsell me. We also hired them to replace our water heater, which they realized was likely due to a faulty water pressure regulator. They fixed it quickly and were very reasonable with the pricing. They were professional and I will continue to hire them for all my plumbing needs."
