Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. "A man of his word... he and the crew came early in the morning and worked into the darkness! They were thorough, and made repairs to the existing wood under the old shingles, added another layer of protective felt as well as the normal felt, replaced old trim and even went to the trouble of sealing another area with commercial grade metal trim & checked and sealed holes that existed under the eaves. They circled the house several times with a magnetic 'vacuum' to pick up any nails -- our grass has never been so clean! Everything was picked up.
