Overall, we are happy with the new shower, but the floor needs to be addressed along with a chip in the floor ceramic tile, caused by workers."

Our in home salesman was terrific and helped us pick out our flooring. The installers were fabulous, friendly, on time and efficient. Nick, the installation manager, stopped by during the install to check on things. Super nice guy and appreciated him checking on the progress. Finally, Paul called to see how we were enjoying our new floors and wanted to make sure our experience was top notch. We also got a vacation voucher just for getting new floors!!! "I had previous foundation work done in my basement in the laundry room and bar area. Reconstruction in the entire area was done by The Fix it Friends this included; electrical, plumbing, drywall, ceiling, flooring, dryer vent, painting etc. They also had to reconfigure the bar area. They took the extra effort to make sure the ceiling that had to be replaced in the bar area matched the existing area. Work was completed as scheduled and they made sure the area was clean when they left. My experience was great and will not hesitate to contact them for any additional work that needs to be done. They are professional and friendly I highly recommend them."
