Our initial contact person Steve came out to do the estimate for a total roof replacement on our recently purchased home. "Lee initially inspected the flashing during a separate furnace installation. Later, he was easy to contact, and was able to squeeze the job in on short notice before the weather was too cold for it.  He was happy to show me the work up on the roof when he finished it. I can't comment on whether this fixed the problem of the water drips in the bathroom because there hasn't been extreme precipitation since the job was done. But I am happy with the work thus far. I did not rate the quality of the work because I'm not knowledgeable, but I am confident that it was a good job, and I plan to hire Lee for some tuck pointing when the weather allows in springtime.

"Lucas came out as promised the next day. He was thorough, professional and friendly, and I appreciated that he responded when others would not. Despite the inclement weather, he climbed onto the roof and checked everything out. After his inspection he took the time to explain exactly what we were dealing with. We will be needing a new roof once the winter weather leaves our area. But when we are ready to have one installed, this time I won't be searching for a roofing contractor. I now have one. . "It went pretty well. There was some tape residue left on our hardwood floors from the installers using blue painter's tape. We were reimbursed for the damages. However, I would recommend that they don't do this on future customers' floors, especially in an older home like ours."
