During the demolition phase, Lenny took great care to cover our hardwood floors and cleaned thoroughly while removing the countertops and backsplash which really helped to keep the dust level down. Lisa recommended vendors for our granite, tile backsplash and sink - they were all so helpful. "We came to our home to fix a washer. We told him what was wrong and what was needed and he came to fix it. We thought he was going to fix it that day, but he said that this was a diagnostic appointment. Which is fine so we paid him $165 and he was to come back that week to fix it with the part. He never showed back up. He never returned our call or message."
